Группа компаний «РОСВОДОКАНАЛ» и немецкая компания Berlinwasser International AG заключили соглашение о сотрудничестве.

В рамках подписанного соглашения партнеры намереваются обмениваться опытом и ноу-хау в различных аспектах организации централизованных систем водоснабжения и водоотведения. Компании будут совместно внедрять новейшие технологии подготовки питьевой воды, обработки сточных вод, утилизации осадков, энергоэффективности и прочих технологических аспектов развития коммунальной инфраструктуры, а также повышать эффективность клиентского сервиса.

Соглашение предусматривает оптимизацию структуры бизнеса компаний, а также разработку и внедрение проектов государственно-частного партнерства в секторе водоснабжения и водоотведения в России и других странах СНГ.

Для реализации подписанного соглашения группа «РОСВОДОКАНАЛ» и компания Berlinwasser International AG намерены создать совместное предприятие. Первым совместным проектом ГК «РОСВОДОКАНАЛ» и Berlinwasser International AG может стать участие в конкурсе на право аренды, эксплуатации и обслуживания объектов, необходимых для организации водоснабжения и водоотведения города Томска.

Ну ну а потом удивляются почему именно немецкие Адамс покупают ТЭЦ и прочие государственные потребители. Неплохо двигать зарубежного производителя можно таким сотрудничеством
