Пять газораспределительных организаций Украины приобретут структуры "Газпрома" и "Итеры". По данным издания, также "КЭС-Холдинг", объединяющий энергетические активы "Реновы" Виктора Вексельберга, продает структурам "Газпрома" и "Итеры" газораспределительные сети в России.</strong>

К КЭС относятся "Челябинськмиськгаз", "Сибиргазсервис", "Иркутськоблгаз", "Курганоблгаз", "Уральские газовые сети", "СГ-Трейд", а также пять ГРО на Украине.

Активы объединены под брендом "ГАЗЭКС", в целом они обслуживают более 4 млн потребителей — физических лиц и 20,9 тыс. предприятий.

Основным покупателем выступит структура "Газпрома" "Газпром газораспределение" — эта компания купит все активы, кроме "Уральских газовых сетей", которые достанутся "Итере".

Добавим, что корпорация AES из США не исключает возможности принять участие в будущей приватизации украинской энергетики, которая состоится осенью.
